How long does it take for home delivery?

We currently only ship within the US (not to Alaska and Hawaii). We offer a standard delivery time of approximately 7-15 business days, except for holidays.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If we shipped you the wrong product, or your order arrived damaged, we're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Please email support@lushanddew.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

What do I do if I shipped to the wrong address?

If you have accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address and the package has already shipped, LUSH & DEW is not liable for additional shipping or replacement item costs. New postage costs will be the customer's responsibility. Additionally, you can update your address by logging into your USPS My Choice account and requesting an address change.

How can I cancel an order?

Email us if you would like to send a request to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel items that have not been yet shipped! If the item has already shipped, you can email us to let us know you would like to initiate a return. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only. Please email support@lushanddew.com.

What should I do If I order the wrong item, or simply change my mind?

If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping charges), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in new condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

If your order is being shipped with UPS be advised that PO Boxes do not accept packages from private shipping companies such as UPS. Should you ship your order to a PO Box and the item is returned to sender be advised that new postage charges and replacement fees may apply if a new package must be shipped.

Does LUSH & DEW offer International shipping?

We are unable to ship internationally at this time. We only ship within the US (not to Alaska and Hawaii). Thank you for your patronage. Check back later for updates!

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is completed. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact us via support@lushanddew.com.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once it is done, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this, your refund may be delayed.
