Strong Roots. As a modern society we are now so far removed from our roots that we often consume food mindlessly out of plastic packaging withouth giving a second thought to how it got to our plates. By going back to our roots through planting, growing and caring for vegetables, fruit and herbs we can improve not only our diet but our wellbeing too.
