Return Policy

This Policy only applies where you make a purchase online from our LUSH & DEW store and our company reserves the sole right and discretion to revise and amend all Policies at any time without prior notice to you. (The Return, Replacement, or Refund policy does not apply to products purchased at retail stores.)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*A 10% restocking fee may apply if the original packaging has been opened, or if the item has been used and/or not returned in its original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at support@lushanddew.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*We will not be responsible for return postage for any reason other than product issues.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrived defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately or within 14 days of receiving your package, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions/ Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Returns
We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States. If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price.
